Maybe final post??

Today is my last formal blog post.

Once again I want to thank Professor Blythe.

Because my English skills have improved thanks to my Professor.

Maybe if Professor didn’t give homework to me, my English skills would go lower and lower.

So commemoratively of end, I write on a blog to real playing baseball picture with my friends.

However, I forgot to bring the phone…

After, I write on a blog I will add the picture.

I will never forget your teachings.

Today I’m going to introduce slider ball and curve ball.

Your hand should be gripped to the seam very similarly. But they are different in how you should throw the ball.

Slider ball is bending the inside to the outside. So right hand batters are deceiving most of the time. But if people were throwing the slider ball to center, the batter can hit it very easily.

Curve ball is bending the upside to underside. This ball is flying like a fastball but it falling to down on home plate.

Therefore, I caught the ball difficulty that my friend was throwing that ball.

I am going to introduce how to grip the ball.

Of course, it is pitcher’s skill this is an important skill for a pitcher. I will show you a simple way to do it.

First, all of pitcher needs to know how to throw a fastball.

The fastball is divided into, four seam fastball and two seam fastball.

These two kinds of balls are different in how they are bended.

Four seam fastball is flew the straight line. But another thing is called the ‘snake fastball’ so this ball can bend to hitter. (right hander pitched standard)

Since I’m outfielder, so mostly I throw the ball this way.

Samsung Lions victory...

Yesterday, SK Wyverns lost Korean Series…… Today I’m going to short writing because my team is lose.

Finally, Samsung Lions won the Korean Series.

So I was sad because my favorite team had a second place, but very proud my team.

This is trophy that market value at 50000000won.

Next year, I am looking forward to my favorite team will be champion.

SK go through Korea series

Yesterday, SK Wyverns got through Korea Series (KS) to play the Samsung Lions.

When October 12,2011 SK Wyverns won the KIA Tigers to 3-1 final score by best of five.

When they had last game, I thought it was really best play because they were pitchers’ battle every game but that day was aggression only SK. So SK was got through play-off.

Play-off was really, really exiting. All game is best game and difficult to predict the game results.

But SK players had little more concentration, mental strength and physical strength than Lotte Giants players.

Consequently, SK Wyverns won the Lotte Giants to 3-2 final score by best of five and SK was fifth consecutive get through KS.

I think the best game was final play because that day was batting battle game.

Their play was played cat and mouse. It was very interesting. And play-off’s MVP was hitting the two homerun player in SK Wyverns. I was happy to watch to that player will play in KS.

I thought SK was best team but I believe Samsung will victory KS.

However I hope to be not contrary to expectations

Next I’m going to convey the pleasure news maybe..!!

Baseball positions

Today, I will introduce which baseball positions need which abilities.

Baseball positions are pitcher, catcher, first second third baseman, shortstop and left center right fielder.

Throughout pitcher and catcher is ‘battery’ so they are very important position to baseball game.

The pitcher needs strong stamina. And the catcher needs concentration. Then they have good skill.

And my position is mostly shortstop, outfielder(everywhere), because I do throw the ball far and quickly among my friends. Then those positions friends and no errors. Most importantly, they work in perfect harmony when do cutoff play. This is not every skill but I think you are watching the baseball and play baseball such a catch ball then you know other skills automatically.

Now Korea baseball has semi play-off. There teams are SK Wyverns and KIA Tigers.

I believe that SK Wyverns is winning the KIA because I was born in Incheon and SK is homeground to Incheon.

Next I will introduce the semi play-off’s results.

Korea's top baseball team

Today, I will introduce Korea’s top baseball team. It is the Samsung Lions.

So far, they have won every game they have played so far this year, although the season is not finished yet.

They were able to win because each individual player’s ability is excellent.

This team has the best homerun hitter, the best save king finishing pitcher and the best hold pitcher. Other players have good ability, too.

Before Samsung Lions victory this year, I thought they were fourth grade at most. Because they fired their coach Sun Dong Ryul then selected a new coach Ryu Jung Il in middle of the season. It was a bad affect on team. However the team has had lots of success. I was surprised and now I acknowledge that fact. So Samsung Lions prepare Korean series in November. I think Samsung Lions will win the Korean series.

Busan baseball park culture

Today, I will introduce baseball spectator’s culture.

Korean baseball fans are very passionate and really like baseball.

So, this year, six million spectators have come to watch baseball games in Korea.

This means many Korean baseball fans are interested in watching live games.

Many people go to Busan’s homeground Sa-jic baseball park. The Lotte Giants has its homeground there.

I will introduce Busan’s spectators.

They love going to their homeground and tickets sell out each day.

They have a particularly unique cheer culture.

For instance, they like wearing hats made from plastic bags.

And they loudly say ‘Ma!’ when the other team checks a Lotte Giants runner.

I hope to go to Busan to see the baseball and participate in this special cheer.

Introduce the Mok-dong baseball park

In my first post, I introduced Jamsil baseball park in Seoul. However, there is another baseball park is located in Seoul. This place is Mokdong baseball park.

Mokdong baseball park has one home ground team called ‘Nexen heroes’.

The place accommodate 16,000 people and ticket price ranges between 15,000 won to 40,000 won for an adult on the weekend.

                                                                            

Mokdong baseball park is located in Seoul but has far less spectators than Jam-sil baseball park.

The first reason is that has poor transportation. Mokdong baseball park is nearby Omokgyo station, but when you get off at the station and you will need to walk longer than Jamsil baseball park. Also, the baseball park is difficult to find.

The second reason is that Mokdong baseball park has decrepit facilities. . According to people who go there, this place is very much in need of new facilities.

Nowadays, the facilities have improved a little. Continuously, I hope to improve for a more pleasant environment.

The last reason is that Nexen is the lowest in professional teams. That means they have less fans than other professional teams.

But I’m a fan of this team for no particular reason. I just like watching the team play.

If I get the chance, I want to go Mokdong baseball park.

I like watching and playing baseball very much.

So I write the blog about baseball.

For example, the inside and outside of the country about baseball information, league ranking and introduce the baseball such a location of baseball ground, method a grip of ball etc.

Today I will write the baseball ground in Jamsil Sports Complex.

This ground used by the two teams have homeground. That's the LG Twins and Doosan Bears. There teams have a lot of fans. So that people always come to see because there has very convenient transportation. Jamsil Sports Complex is in Line 2 so baseball ground is right in front of you get off.

The ticket is varies 8000won to 50000won only for adult. Mainly most of they buy 15000won ticket.

The fixed number is more than 30000 people, almost everyday the people come more than 30000.

In the past, I went to watching baseball frequently but now I haven't no time.

Later I must go there and take the pictures.
